Huawei Users: Cause and solution for the screen turn on unexpectedly

Applicable products：

Mate 8,    Mate 9,    P10,    P10 Plus

Cause:

Your phone detected your voice wakeup command.

Solution:

·  When configuring your voice wakeup command, avoid choosing a frequently-used word such as "Hello."

·   Disable voice wakeup when necessary.

Go to Settings > Smart assistance > Voice control and disable Voice wakeup.
