United picked up their 10th win under caretaker boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer on Saturday.
A brace from Paul Pogba and a superb Anthony Martial strike handed them a comfortable 3-0 victory away at Fulham, which has seen them leapfrog Chelsea into fourth place in the Premier League.
It has been a remarkable turnaround for the club under Solskjaer, who remains unbeaten in the Old Trafford hot-seat since replacing Jose Mourinho in mid-December.
