Manchester United, Liverpool, Tottenham & Man City to face these clubs in Champions League last 16

Champions League last 16 2018/2019.



The draw for the Champions League last 16  for the knockout stages will takes place in Nyon on Monday 17 December and is expected to start at 11.00am GMT. 

The draw will be shown live on BT Sport as well as UEFA’s official website. 

Seeded group winners will play the first leg away, with the competition getting back underway in the middle of February.

All four Premier League representatives have booked their place in the last 16 of the Champions League – though only one as group winners – and can start looking forward to some mouth-watering ties.

Who can Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham face? 

Man Utd's potential opponents: Borussia Dortmund, Barcelona, PSG, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid 

Liverpool's potential opponents: Dortmund, Barcelona, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus 

Spurs' potential opponents: Borussia Dortmund, PSG, Porto, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Juventus 

None of the three Premier League sides can face Manchester City, or the winner of their own group, leaving six teams they can potentially be drawn against. 

Nearly every runner-up will be hoping to land Porto, while Barcelona and Juventus offer perhaps the sternest tests. 

Who can Guardiola’s side  Manchester City face? 

Man City's potential opponents are Atletico Madrid, Schalke, Ajax, Roma With three Premier League sides going through as runners-up, there are only four teams Manchester City can face and Pep Guardiola will certainly be hoping to avoid Atletico Madrid first and foremost.
